Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ personal goals.

• Develop and implement behavioral health services within the scope of clinical best practices and in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Evaluate patients promptly and provide timely intakes, ensuring a courteous and professional experience.

• Deliver therapeutic counseling, crisis intervention, and support to clients facing immediate mental health challenges.

• Facilitate referrals for clients requiring specialized or inpatient care, as well as assess the need for medication-assisted treatment (MAT).

• Screen patients for substance abuse issues, provide appropriate counseling, and refer them to the necessary resources within the service area.
