Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately diagnose both acute and chronic medical conditions among residents.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to inform clinical decisions.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, monitoring patient responses to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Provide health education to residents and their families, focusing on disease prevention, health promotion, and management strategies.
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and address the comprehensive needs of residents.
• Maintain meticulous and detailed medical records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• A current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• An active nursing license in the state of New Jersey.
• A master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
