Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art surgical center in Lakewood, New Jersey. The work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday, with shifts starting at 5:00 PM and totaling 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

Your role as a Physician Assistant will encompass a variety of critical tasks:

• Conducting detailed patient examinations and thorough medical history reviews to establish accurate health assessments.
• Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests—such as blood tests and X-rays—to identify health conditions.
• Formulating and executing treatment plans tailored to both acute illnesses and chronic conditions, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Prescribing medications based on clinical guidelines while monitoring their effectiveness and any adverse reactions.
• Maintaining meticulous patient records and schedules, ensuring all documentation is current and accurately reflects patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Providing education to patients and their families about health topics such as disease management, preventive strategies, and wellness practices.
• Promoting health and wellness within the community by encouraging regular screenings and lifestyle modifications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working as a Physician Assistant, particularly in urgent care, emergency, or clinical settings.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
