Work Environment

Your role will be primarily onsite at our modern surgical center, equipped with cutting-edge technology and resources to support effective pain management treatments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and pain assessments to accurately diagnose underlying causes of patients' pain, accounting for physical, psychological, and social dimensions.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans leveraging a range of interventions, including medical, pharmacological, and holistic approaches to pain management.
• Provide consistent follow-up care and support to patients suffering from chronic pain, focusing on enhancing their functionality, alleviating pain levels, and improving overall quality of life.
• Effectively manage acute pain that arises post-injury, surgery, or medical intervention by utilizing evidence-based strategies that prioritize patient comfort and healing.
• Prescribe and monitor medications aimed at reducing pain while considering patient safety, potential side effects, and preferences.
• Perform interventional procedures, such as nerve blocks and epidural injections, to effectively treat pain conditions while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients on pain management techniques and lifestyle modifications, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery processes.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), documenting patient interactions, assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
