Work Environment

The position is located at an assisted living facility in Lakewood, New Jersey, where you will work directly with residents who have diverse medical and emotional needs. Your typical work hours will generally be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with some flexibility for occasional evening clinics and participation in weekend community outreach programs, contributing to an enriching work-life balance within a collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings for residents, enabling personalized and effective pain management strategies.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions, ensuring the use of evidence-based practices for treatment and preventive care.
• Collaborate with various healthcare providers and community organizations to design and implement effective health education initiatives aimed at both patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• A current certification as a Nurse Practitioner, with an active state nursing license in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
