Reboot Cardiac Center is seeking a full-time, board-certified Cardiologist Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Lakewood, New Jersey. Work Environment

The work setting is an onsite position located within an assisted living facility, allowing for direct interaction with residents who may require specialized cardiac care. The environment is collaborative and dynamic, characterized by state-of-the-art medical equipment and a focus on cutting-edge methodologies. The scheduled work hours range from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some evening and weekend hours needed for patient consultations or emergencies, ensuring flexibility in addressing patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including detailed medical history reviews, physical examinations, and necessary diagnostic tests to ensure accurate diagnosis and management of cardiovascular conditions.
• Efficiently diagnose and treat an array of cardiovascular diseases, such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular disorders, developing individualized treatment strategies for each patient.
• Perform and interpret a variety of cardiac tests and imaging studies, including echocardiograms and stress tests, and conduct interventional procedures like angioplasty and pacemaker implantation as necessary.
• Create personalized treatment plans, incorporating prescribed medications, lifestyle modifications, and patient education to effectively manage and improve patients’ cardiac health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring seamless coordination of care across multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in research initiatives and clinical trials, promoting advancements in cardiology and contributing to the broader medical community's knowledge base.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending conferences and participating in continuous medical education (CME) activities to stay abreast of the latest developments in cardiology.

Our patient population primarily consists of residents within the assisted living facility, encompassing seniors and individuals with chronic cardiovascular conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

• Board certification or eligibility in cardiology from the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or equivalent body.
• A valid medical license to practice in the state of New Jersey.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of cardiovascular diseases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential to adapting to a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between $500,000 and $600,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
