Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop detailed, effective treatment plans based on clinical best practices and individual client goals.

• Offer teletherapy to ensure accessibility for clients who may face transportation or mobility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on emerging mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving diverse client populations facing mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related conditions. You will help clients navigate their emotional and psychological wellness journey, empowering them to develop coping strategies and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state licensure as an LICSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent mental health provider certification.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental approach.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred. Familiarity with community health resources and an understanding of telehealth practices will be advantageous in this position. Experience working with diverse populations is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your skills and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
