Job Title : Administrative Project Coordinator Location : New York, NY 10041 Duration : 2+ Months Education : Bachelor's Degree preferred (Health-related or Engineering field preferred) Shift Details : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Requirements: General Description: Assist Project Managers with special projects, reports, and departmental initiatives Coordinate schedules, timelines, deliverables, and resources Maintain project documentation and progress tracking Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams Prepare reports and provide administrative support to ensure efficient department operations Identify and escalate project barriers or delays when necessary
