Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments for new and existing patients, thoroughly identifying their individual needs and crafting tailored treatment plans that align with the patients’ goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing professionals to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stability for patients in distress.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
