Crisis Stabilization Lead — De-Escalation & Care

Unison Behavioral Health Group in Waycross, GA, seeks a lead staff member for the Crisis Stabilization Unit. You will provide de-escalation techniques, continuous observation, and client engagement, coordinating with nursing and other staff. You will greet clients on admission and conduct initial screenings, including urine drug screens and safety procedures.
