Exciting opportunity with Banyan Treatment Centers! Banyan is recruiting an Operations Supervisor to join our team at our facility located in Gulf Breeze, FL. The Operations Supervisor would provide essential leadership and support to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision of staff during evening and weekend shifts, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee daily operations , including scheduling, payroll, performance evaluations, facility walkthroughs, and documentation reviews.
• Coordinate patient care activities , including admissions, discharges, interventions, and communication with clinical and nursing staff.
• Maintain facility compliance and safety , conducting fire drills, monitoring incident reports, and supporting crisis management protocols.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, including participation in operational meetings and ensuring smooth shift transitions.
• Support patient experience and engagement by facilitating community meetings, recreation calendars, property tours, and addressing client concerns.
• Reduce operational risk and improve staff retention through consistent mentorship, on-call support, and minimizing overtime or after-hours disruptions.

Position Details:

• Reports To: Director of Operations.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Thursday-Monday, 11 AM-7 PM schedule.
• Location: Gulf Breeze, FL (onsite).

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Associate's Degree preferred or meets experience requirement.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of substance abuse and/or mental health, required.
• Valid Driver License and ability to be added to Company Vehicle Insurance Policy, required.
• KIPU EMR experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred.

• Knowledge of principles and practices of the discipline.
• Adheres to: Healthcare Code of Ethics
• Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards
