Your work hours will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM CST, providing you with a structured yet adaptable work routine.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with low-acuity clients, which allows you to focus on meaningful, therapeutic interactions without the overwhelming pressures often associated with high-risk cases. Many of our clients seek assistance for common issues such as anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. This tailored approach not only helps clients achieve their therapeutic goals but also fosters a supportive environment where they feel valued and heard.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active and unrestricted Tennessee license, requiring LMFT, LPC, or LCSW designations, in good standing.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating strong communication and case management skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
