Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews, questionnaires, and clinical observations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are culturally appropriate and based on evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing various treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy, and crisis intervention strategies.

• Monitor client progress continuously and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with external healthcare providers when referrals and additional support are needed, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Document progress within EHR systems accurately and maintain confidentiality as per ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will include working with a diverse clientele, primarily individuals facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
