Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, utilizing standard evaluation scales and diagnostic criteria to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique needs of each client, integrating feedback from clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness practices, through individual, family, and group modalities.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, employing an appropriate treatment tracking system to adjust plans based on individual responses to therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support as needed, ensuring clients in acute distress receive immediate and effective assistance.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records that adhere to state regulations and ethical guidelines, contributing to a culture of accountability and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n
