Medical Office Administrator As a Medical Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a healthcare facility, ensuring efficient administrative processes while providing excellent service to patients and staff. Key Responsibilities Oversee the administrative functions of the medical office, including scheduling, patient registration, and medical record management. Requirements Associate's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting, with at least two years in an administrative role. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, billing procedures, and healthcare regulations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and office software.
