8:00am - 5:00pm

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process and verify all accessorial charges including but not limited to detention, layover, re-delivery fees, and others
• Ensure accessorial charges are accurate and properly documented
• Oversee and process all lumper charges, ensuring they are accurately billed to the appropriate client or carrier
• Act as the primary point of contact for all lumper-related inquiries or issues
• Maintain a dedicated inbox for lumper-related matters and follow up on any outstanding issues
• Assist the Billing team in preparing and processing freight invoices for shipments
• Distribute invoices to clients and vendors in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions including lumper and accessorial charges
• Respond to inquiries from customers, carriers, and employees
• Support the Billing department with special billing projects or initiatives
• Other administrative tasks as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 3 to 5 years of Billing experience (Logistics experience preferred!)
• High School Diploma (Required)
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Reliable transportation to office
• Detail oriented
