Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize available resources from both public and private agencies, collaborating with community organizations to address the multifaceted needs of our clients, while guiding patients and their families through referral processes as necessary.

• Actively monitor safety concerns, promptly reporting to mandated agencies to uphold client safety and compliance with regulations.
\n
• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive clinical treatment programs tailored for individuals with acute or chronic mental health disorders, engaging in interdisciplinary staff conferences to refine and assess program efficacy.
\n
• Provide individualized outpatient psychotherapy to adults, couples, families, and groups, ensuring therapeutic techniques are customized to meet diverse client needs.
\n
• Educate and support clients and their families regarding therapeutic regimens and medication adherence, empowering them to play an active role in their mental health journeys.
\n
• Maintain rigorous documentation including intake summaries, treatment plans, and case progress in alignment with state regulations and NCQA standards to ensure confidentiality and accountability.

• Supervise and mentor Post Masters Fellows and Associate Licenses within the clinical team, fostering a supportive environment for upcoming professionals in the field.

• Lead psychoeducational classes or support groups, adapting content to meet the needs of participants and enhance community understanding of mental health topics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include individuals experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma. Family involvement is emphasized, and you will find yourself guiding not only patients but also their loved ones towards a better understanding of mental health challenges and resources available.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory for consideration.

• Commitment to providing care that complies with all department standards and policies, as well as regulatory practices at local, state, and federal levels, to maintain the highest standards of patient privacy and care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient clinical settings and familiarity with NCQA standards.

• Demonstrated ability to create engaging psychoeducational programs or group therapies is advantageous.

• Prior supervisory experience is a plus, particularly supervision of associate level clinicians.

• Annual compensation ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
