Work Environment\n

This position operates within a telehealth framework, allowing you to deliver care remotely, effectively reaching clients from diverse geographical areas. Our flexible work model empowers you to perform your duties seamlessly from the comfort of your home. You'll engage with clients during standard operating hours, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional adjustments for evening or weekend sessions, depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders, ensuring accurate diagnosis.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that resonate with their specific needs, incorporating evidence-based techniques and interventions.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities specific to mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting methods as needed based on client progress.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress, systematically reviewing treatment outcomes and adjusting plans when necessary to enhance effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice caters to a diverse clientele experiencing various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A relevant master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT is essential.

• Two years of post-licensure clinical experience specializing in mood disorders is preferred.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly CBT and DBT, tailored for mood disorder treatment.

• A solid foundation in psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other health professionals for optimal patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
