Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our supportive and innovative team. The work schedule is structured for optimal work-life balance, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs and treatment goals of individual clients.

• Design personalized therapy plans based on a deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based practices.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions, focusing on equipping clients with coping strategies and tools to manage their symptoms effectively.

• Maintain open communication with clients, supporting them through regular check-ins to monitor their progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated treatment for patients, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and maintain confidentiality.

• Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall clinical performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree from an accredited program in a relevant field.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services.
\n
• A strong understanding of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport building with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and standard computer applications to manage patient information efficiently.

• A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
