Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Regenerate Wellness Clinic, you will:

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of assigned clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for family and child counseling to determine medical necessity and appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups and classes on topics such as parenting skills, coping strategies, and emotional wellness.

• Maintain precise documentation by completing necessary client case materials, program forms, and statistical reports accurately and timely.

• Submit thorough and timely charting, reports, and other required documentation to uphold high standards of care and meet contractual obligations for billing a specified number of reimbursable hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and behavioral problems. Your therapeutic interventions will aim to equip clients with the tools they need to navigate their mental health journeys and achieve their goals. Your sensitivity and cultural competence will play a fundamental role in building trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing therapeutic services, demonstrating an established track record of client success.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in documentation and record-keeping.

• A self-motivated approach, with the ability to initiate necessary actions related to billing, documentation, and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

Additional experience in a telehealth environment, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and specialized training in particular therapeutic methodologies (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Family Systems Therapy) are advantageous. Candidates with the ability to engage clients through virtual platforms and maintain client engagement remotely will be prioritized.
