Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including adolescents, families, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.

• At least 2 years of professional experience providing mental health services or integration counseling within diverse community settings.

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with patients and their families.

• In-depth knowledge of current principles and techniques in family and individual counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
