Job Description
Our client is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of business functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and experienced in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified professionals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Track candidate activity and hiring progress within the applicant tracking system.
- Prepare and extend employment offers while working closely with HR and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Participate in recruiting initiatives, hiring events, and process improvement efforts as needed.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or skilled labor positions.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with the ability to identify qualified candidates efficiently.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Contract opportunity with the potential for extension or permanent placement based on business needs.
- Standard Monday-Friday schedule during regular business hours.
