Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, coordinate, and administer individualized support plans that address clients' unique challenges and promote recovery from various dependencies.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews, evaluating clients' current situations, strengths, challenges, and needs.

• Formulate and set measurable, achievable goals tailored to each client's circumstances, ensuring meaningful progress and outcomes.

• Monitor clients' progress regularly and adapt treatment plans to meet evolving needs, facilitating positive change.

• Provide empathetic counsel and informed recommendations during sessions, empowering clients to make informed decisions about their treatment.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Participate in case conferences and, when necessary, provide expert testimony in court to support clients' cases.

• Act as a key-worker in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other professionals to create comprehensive care plans for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our clinic, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, trauma, and more. Your role will involve addressing the varying needs of these individuals, including providing support to those from different socio-economic backgrounds and cultural contexts, ensuring that all clients feel understood and supported in their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW), Psychology, Sociology, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
