Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional disturbances. Your empathetic approach will help guide clients through their mental health journeys and support them in building resilience and healthier coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess a current state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD, along with a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Ideal applicants should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome new graduates, candidates with 2-5 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting will have an advantage. Experience in teletherapy practices and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also preferred to enhance service delivery in this remote position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
