Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person, focusing on the unique needs of each client.

• Assess client needs through diagnostic interviews, develop personalized treatment plans, and adjust methodologies as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy, to help clients achieve their personal goals and overcome obstacles.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and holistic support.

• Document client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards to maintain accurate records for both clients and the organization.

Caring for a diverse clientele, you will engage with individuals, couples, and families facing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of strong therapeutic rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Retreat offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a negotiable salary, our benefits package includes:
