Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions through video platforms, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.

• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, to guide individual treatments that enable measurable progress.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals and circumstances, taking into account their strengths and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults from diverse backgrounds who present with a wide range of mental health challenges. Our clients are individuals looking for assistance with anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold an appropriate independent license to practice in Illinois: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must have clean professional histories with no disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help others.

• Proficient computer skills to navigate our telehealth platform effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, dependent on your working hours and client load. In addition to a sign-on bonus, you will benefit from weekly direct deposit, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, and minimal paperwork, allowing you to focus on your clients rather than administrative duties.
