Qualifications\n \n A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required. \n A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. \n Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients. \n Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively. \n Preferred Experience\n While we welcome new graduates, experience in a clinical setting addressing mental health issues will be advantageous. Familiarity with adult and adolescent therapies, as well as alternative modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), is also preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n Compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on your experience and caseload.
