Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time opportunity involves a consistent weekday schedule—Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm—totaling 35 hours each week. Key Qualifications:

• Active license as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in a school-based environment highly preferred
• Proficient in conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, completing LMNs, and managing progress monitoring documentation
• Familiarity with classroom equipment for mobility and accessibility
• Capable of supervising at least one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Training or experience with TPBA (Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment) for PreK students is a strong plus
• Committed to working onsite throughout the contract term

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct treatment services to students as outlined in their individualized education programs
• Evaluate student needs and document progress through regular and detailed progress reports
• Collaborate with other educational professionals to support student achievement
• Supervise and mentor PTAs as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and revision of student plans
• Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines
