Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this full-time role, you'll provide direct interventions, collaborate with staff, and ensure compliance with special education requirements. Your experience with IEPs, LMNs, and progress monitoring will be valued as you make a meaningful difference daily.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Proficiency in conducting evaluations, writing IEPs, LMNs, and managing progress monitoring
• Familiarity with classroom equipment and adaptive technology
• Ability to supervise at least one PTA
• Training in TPBA (Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment) for PreK students is a plus
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Available to work onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group PT services to students in grades PreK-12 (exact caseload to be determined)
• Complete timely and accurate assessments and documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and parents to support student goals
• Oversee and guide the work of assigned Physical Therapist Assistants
• Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to support classroom participation
• Monitor student progress and update treatment plans as needed
