Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic contract role as a Physical Therapist, working full time for the 2026-2027 school year in a supportive educational setting near Fort Bragg, NC. You'll serve students in need of therapy services, collaborating with educators and families to support academic and functional success. Your work will be on-site, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, totaling 35 hours each week.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid and current Physical Therapist license
• Experience in school-based settings is preferred
• Skilled in conducting physical therapy evaluations and crafting individualized treatment plans
• Familiarity with IEP completion, LMNs, and progress monitoring
• Competency with classroom equipment relevant to therapy
• Previous supervision of at least one PTA
• Training in TPBA PreK assessments is a plus
• Comfortable with a primarily elementary through secondary student caseload (specifics to follow)
• Dedicated to working exclusively on-site

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess students and develop customized physical therapy plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to support access and participation in school activities
• Complete evaluations, IEP documentation, LMNs, and progress reports in a timely manner
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Supervise and mentor a physical therapist assistant
• Incorporate specialized assessments as needed
