Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $60,000+ Top Earner Potential: $100,000+ per year What do our Pest Control Consultants do? The primary purpose of this role is to sell the company\'s pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers, while maintaining a customer-focused service to grow the business. You will be the face of our national brand to your local community, and clients will rely on you to protect their homes and families. This includes assessing customer needs by consulting with the customer and performing an analysis using knowledge of the company\'s products and services that results in sales of pest control solutions. Responsibilities Visually inspect homes for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc. Based on assessment findings, sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance for residential customers. Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales department, and Technicians for increased opportunities. Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams with our current base and service specialist engagement. Develop proposals for customers to resolve existing pest issues while also proposing additional enhancements to pest household services. Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of customer home and possible challenges. Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities. Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure the job is completed satisfactorily. Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM. Be comfortable dealing with different pests (spiders, flies, mosquitos, rodents, etc.) and entering small spaces such as basements, crawl spaces, and attics. Safely operate a motor vehicle and keep equipment clean. Occasionally wear personal protective equipment (PPE), such as an OSHA-compliant respirator; work in confined spaces or narrow passageways. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; experience or training in sales is a plus Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s) #ZipSales Base Pay Range: Yearly $35,360.00 - $45,968.00 Starting pay may vary by location, skills, education, and experience.
