About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Digital Marketing to spearhead the brand's digital growth strategy and ensure a seamless digital experience for guests. The successful candidate will be the senior leader responsible for the digital ecosystem, encompassing performance marketing, digital acquisition, CRM strategy, website experience, and digital guest engagement. This role is pivotal in scaling the brand's digital presence, particularly in the context of rapid national expansion. The VP will lead a small team and is expected to be a modern digital executive with a strong background in blending brand and performance marketing, capable of building scalable digital infrastructure that delivers measurable business results. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Digital Marketing include leading the digital marketing strategy, owning the digital growth engine, and driving the brand's digital experience. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of digital marketing experience in consumer-facing industries, a proven track record in multi-channel digital marketing, and a deep understanding of performance marketing, CRM, and analytics.
