Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of clinical modalities tailored to the unique needs of clients facing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Conduct thorough screening and assessment processes to evaluate clients' psychological and emotional needs, facilitating access to additional resources as required.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination among clients, their families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Provide crisis intervention when needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling to manage acute situations effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, goals, and treatment plans in adherence to organizational and professional standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and continued education opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and contribute to service delivery improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse patient population that includes individuals with severe mental illnesses, varying socio-economic backgrounds, and differing levels of psychological resilience. Working primarily within a hospice care context, you will engage with clients and their families facing the end-of-life process, addressing both emotional distress and psychosocial needs. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
