Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at SaniCare, you will work directly in our outpatient office, engaging daily with patients of varying ages and abilities. Our work hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance. The onsite setting allows you to utilize advanced therapeutic equipment and collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical limitations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care through hands-on techniques, utilizing a variety of manual therapy modalities and therapeutic exercises.
• Implement effective interventions aimed at enhancing patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
• Educate patients on treatment objectives, ensuring they understand their care journey and feel empowered in their recovery.
• Monitor and document patients' progress accurately, adapting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and achievements.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Promote wellness and preventative care, encouraging healthy lifestyle changes that enhance physical health.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy research and treatment techniques to continuously improve personal skills and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At SaniCare, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals recovering from surgeries, and patients managing chronic conditions. Our goals include not only rehabilitative therapy but also preventive strategies to promote long-term health. You will tailor your approach based on each patient's unique requirements, emphasizing non-surgical treatments and effective pain management strategies.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, free of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional knowledge of various manual therapy techniques and the ability to customize exercise programs according to patient needs.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with a strong preference for experience with WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to develop successful physical rehabilitation plans that deliver measurable results.
• Knowledge of current trends and advancements in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
