Role Description
Buscamos un(a) Arquitecto de Soluciones con entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia, responsable de diseñar, supervisar y evolucionar arquitecturas tecnológicas modulares, escalables, seguras y resilientes, alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio y los lineamientos del CoE de Arquitectura.
- Diseñar y supervisar arquitecturas de solución end to end.
- Traducir requerimientos de negocio en especificaciones técnicas y arquitecturas viables.
- Definir patrones, estándares y lineamientos de arquitectura de solución.
- Asegurar la calidad, conformidad y salud de la arquitectura durante la implementación.
- Liderar integraciones entre tecnologías nuevas y existentes.
- Gestionar deuda técnica y de arquitectura, así como brechas entre arquitectura actual y objetivo.
- Elaborar blueprints y documentación técnica de arquitectura.
- Coordinar hojas de ruta de arquitectura, reutilización de componentes y arquitecturas de transición.
- Guiar prácticas de ingeniería en pruebas, integración continua y despliegue automatizado.
- Apoyar la gestión de riesgos, seguridad y cumplimiento normativo.
Qualifications
- Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Procesos o afines.
- Deseable posgrado y/o certificaciones en tecnologías de información.
- Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en arquitectura de soluciones o roles similares.
- Conocimiento en patrones de arquitectura y diseño de software, arquitecturas modulares, escalables y resilientes.
- Manejo de herramientas de modelado como UML, C4, Icepanel, Draw.io o similares.
- Conocimiento en desarrollo de software, bases de datos SQL y NoSQL, redes y comunicaciones.
- Experiencia con nube Azure, AWS y/o GCP.
- Conocimiento en Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jira.
- Familiaridad con marcos como TOGAF o BIAN.
- Conocimiento en seguridad, autenticación, autorización, cifrado y normativas como GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS.
- Deseable conocimiento en tecnologías emergentes como IA, IoT o Blockchain.
- Deseable experiencia en sector bancario y regulación asociada.
