Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still engaging directly with students and families. You will primarily interact with school faculty and administrators to design interventions that cater to the emotional and psychological needs of students. Despite the virtual nature of this role, you will be supported by a collaborative team that includes other mental health professionals, ensuring a robust network of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs to devise relevant and individualized care plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods to facilitate improvements in mental health and emotional resilience among clients.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in line with ethical standards and organizational policies to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Work closely with school staff and parents to create an integrated approach to support for each child, addressing concerns such as bullying, anxiety, and family dynamics.

• Equip students and their families with appropriate coping strategies, resources, and tools tailored to their unique challenges.

• Stay updated on best practices in social work and integrate innovative techniques into your care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support a diverse population of school-aged children facing a range of mental health challenges. Your work will directly impact students struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a full benefits package including:
