IT Consultant, GRC

Salary: $121,000 - 121,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience in place of the degree.
• We require a minimum of eight years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field.

• We lead enterprise compliance modernization efforts spanning revenue cycle compliance, revenue integrity, risk adjustment oversight, internal audit, and regulatory change management.
• We select and implement technology platforms and capabilities that support claims audit management, analytics, provider and coder oversight, and continuous compliance monitoring.
• We partner with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable compliance operating models that improve regulatory responsiveness, process efficiency, and organizational transparency.
• We serve as the lead technical expert on project teams and help shape technical direction for a range of solutions.
• We plan and coordinate business-specific projects, define work approaches, manage resources, and deliver against priorities and deadlines.
• We solve complex issues, identify risks, escalate concerns when needed, and monitor project progress and outcomes.
• We build relationships across functions, communicate guidance, mentor junior team members, and adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
• We develop or lead development of requirements for complex process or system solutions across multiple business domains.
• We use a variety of requirements-gathering methods to identify business, functional, and non-functional needs across the enterprise.
• We prepare and document business cases that evaluate cost, benefits, ROI, and total cost of ownership for proposed solutions.
• We analyze current-state and future-state processes, define downstream and upstream impacts, and advise senior leaders on system and process integration.
• We review and prioritize process gaps and improvement opportunities, and help translate requirements into practical business solutions during design sessions.
• We assess third-party vendors as directed and advocate for needed data or services to address business challenges.
• We drive continuous improvement by developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized tools, templates, and processes across the enterprise.
• We recommend regional and national process enhancements aligned with best practices and the businesss strategic goals.
