VP Of FinanceCentury Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a VP of Finance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $250,000 to $350,000 per year.Job Responsibilities:Lead cash flow planning and daily liquidity management to support active residential projects.Build and maintain banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities to fund operations and growth.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and working capital optimization across bids, jobs in progress, and collections.Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports and present insights to the owners.Drive readiness for a future transaction by improving financial controls, reporting quality, and due diligence materials.Requirements:Extensive finance leadership experience within construction, home improvement, or project based environments.Proven track record managing cash flow constraints and securing lines of credit or similar financing.Experience working with private equity stakeholders and meeting lender and investor reporting needs.Strong background with budgeting, forecasting, job cost concepts, and revenue recognition.Ability to partner closely with owners and coach non finance leaders on financial concepts.Qualifications:Strategic mindset with a focus on cash conversion, margin improvement, and working capital efficiency.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in clear practical terms.High level of integrity with disciplined process orientation and commitment to accurate reporting.Demonstrated capability to build banking and advisor networks that support growth and a future sale.Results driven leader who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast paced owner led setting.
