Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and available resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health status.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, establishing clear therapeutic goals and monitoring progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care effectively and provide a holistic treatment approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
