Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and collaborative group sessions that allow clients to share their experiences, foster peer support, and learn coping mechanisms in a nurturing environment.

• Individual Counseling: Conduct one-on-one therapy using an empathetic approach to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings, while developing personalized action plans for achieving their goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in a related field such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Arizona.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, with a background working in residential or outpatient settings.
