Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate supportive group sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling tailored to each client’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping them develop coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and document clients' progress and treatment outcomes using various assessment tools and feedback methods.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on young adults aged 18 to 30, who often deal with a range of mental health issues. You will work closely with this demographic in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), conducting evidence-based and holistic treatment programs geared towards fostering resilience, recovery, and personal growth. Your ability to inspire hope and facilitate healing will be critical to the well-being of our clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada is required.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on compassion and empathy in client interactions.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
