Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans to meet their unique requirements.

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal, ethical, and professional standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to enrich the treatment process, facilitating comprehensive support while addressing varying aspects of clients' mental health.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay informed on the latest mental health research and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Nevada.

• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a range of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related fields is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
