Responsabilidades: Recibir y atender visitantes, clientes y suplidores de manera profesional.Contestar, transferir y manejar llamadas telefónicas.
Manejar correspondencia, paquetes y documentos de la compañía.
Brindar apoyo administrativo con archivo, entrada de datos y manejo de documentos.
Coordinar citas, reuniones y acceso de visitantes.
Mantener el área de recepción organizada y con una imagen profesional.
Apoyar a diferentes departamentos con tareas administrativas. Requisitos: Diploma de Escuela Superior requerido; estudios postsecundarios preferidos.
Inglés conversacional requerido.
Experiencia previa en recepción, servicio al cliente, call center o posiciones administrativas.
Dominio de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word y Excel).
Excelentes destrezas de comunicación y organización.
Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y trabajar en equipo.
Actitud profesional, puntualidad y enfoque en servicio al cliente.
