Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address their specific mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily serve adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of emotional and psychological concerns. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, guiding them through their therapeutic journey by employing empathy, active listening, and a tailored approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, such as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, within the state of California.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience providing therapeutic services to individuals facing a variety of emotional and mental health challenges.

• Strong interpersonal abilities with a proven track record of building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred, aiding in the efficient management of client information.

Compensation and Benefits\n
