Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic models, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate clear goals, evidence-based interventions, and methods for monitoring client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless and holistic care for clients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to address acute mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

The compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by a sign-on bonus.
