Charm City Therapy is a growing, Maryland-based staffing and therapy services company that partners with school districts throughout Maryland. Our mission is to connect schools with high-quality allied health professionals who are passionate about supporting students in K–12 settings.

We are seeking a driven, people-focused Recruiter and Social Media Coordinator to help expand staffing for our Maryland school partnerships. This is a fully on-site position, ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building and measurable results.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruit and place allied health professionals in Maryland school-based roles
• Manage aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to signed offer
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Match candidates to open positions based on credentials, location preferences, and career goals
• Communicate assignment details, compensation structures, and contract terms clearly and confidently
• Partner closely with the Client Services team to understand school staffing needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Complete reference checks and assist with onboarding support as needed
• Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with candidates
• Develop and maintain a consistent social media calendar to ensure regular, engaging content is
  published across all company platforms.
• Create high-quality content that promotes the company's services, culture, employees, success
  stories, hiring opportunities, and community involvement while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor social media performance by tracking engagement, responding to appropriate
  comments and messages in a timely manner, and recommending new ideas or strategies to
  improve reach and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

● 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare, education, or staffing industry preferred)
● Experience recruiting therapists, educators, or other healthcare professionals is a plus
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
● Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
● Comfortable with high-volume digital sourcing methods, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and other
recruiting platforms
● Ability to work independently while managing multiple open positions and competing priorities
● Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
● Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills when interacting with candidates,
employees, and clients
● Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging recruiting and social
media content
● Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for
employer branding and recruitment
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new
software systems
● Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
● Associate or Bachelor's degree required
● Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed

• `$22.00-$25.00 per hour commensurate with experience
