Job Description Job Title: Bookkeeper / Office Support (Direct Hire) Pay & Key Perks: $50,000-$55,000/year (based on experience). Paid lunch. Paid holidays (includes select added holidays plus standard holidays). PTO: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years
Hours & Location: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm | Beachwood, OH (Chagrin Blvd).

About the Role: This is a long-term, relationship-first bookkeeping position replacing a retiring team member. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for a small, family-owned jewelry manufacturing/distribution business and a small manufacturing facility in Brooklyn, NY. - Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (invoicing, cutting checks, vendor payments)
- Post journal entries and maintain accurate, organized records
- Verify invoices and coordinate payment timing with long-standing vendors
- Answer phones, provide friendly customer support, and assist with shipping paperwork
- Coordinate secure product pickups/deliveries with an armored carrier as needed
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience (small business experience strongly preferred)
- Steady work history and highly reliable attendance
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Comfortable working independently after training in a calm, low-drama environment
- ERP/accounting software experience preferred; Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus (degree not required)
