Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting initial client assessments to evaluate mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions focused on resolving issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and eating disorders.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state-issued license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) for clinical practice.

• A minimum of two years of direct mental health counseling experience with demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic practices.
