This role offers the flexibility of a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to conduct sessions using secure video conferencing tools in an environment that works best for you. With a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9 AM to 4 PM, some flexibility to accommodate patient needs may be required. Key Responsibilities\n

The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and formulate individualized treatment approaches.

• Implementing various evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address specific client concerns.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
