Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities Review daily cash receipts Generate daily reports Identify remittance advices and maintain support with cash application batches Review weekly aging reports for past due and coming‑due client balances Collaborate with project accounting, client and client teams to identify and resolve pain points for aged items Review and communicate postage requests with Accounts Payable staff Assist with client and client team inquiries Research and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner Ensure that all internal accounts receivable standards, deadlines and guidelines are followed Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and company proprietary information Maintain notes on each assigned client account Perform monthly G/L account reconciliations Assist with audit inquiries as directed by the Accounts Receivable Manager Initiate requested invoice write-offs for approval by the Accounts Receivable Manager Perform audits of travel and expense reimbursement requests and assist employees as necessary Help develop and achieve KPIs for financial and operational performance Qualifications BS in Accounting, Finance, or relevant experience 0‑1 years related accounts receivable experience including cash application/collection efforts or an equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of general ledger accounting systems and general accounting, including data entry in Excel Benefits Medical, vision, and dental insurance Life insurance Short‑term and long‑term disability insurance 401(k) Flexible paid time off At least 15 paid holidays per year Paid sick and safe leave Paid parental leave The annual salary range for this position is $47,150 – $60,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
